Privately owned Mochi Craft Dolphin 74, the flagship of the Dolphin range, combining classic lobster-style lines withthe volumes and feel of a small ship. Built by Ferretti Group in 2006 and kept in private family use only, she offers afull-beam master cabin, VIP double cabin, twin guest cabin, dedicated office cabin and two crew cabins for threecrew — a very comfortable layout for Mediterranean family cruising.
Between 2021 and 2026 she has undergone a continuous, captain-driven refit and maintenance programme thattakes her well beyond a typical 2006 yacht. On the technical side, key upgrades include a complete Raymarinenavigation and communication suite; a Peplink 5G network fully integrated with Starlink satellite internet; two Kohlergenerators — a 20.5 kW unit installed new in 2023 with start-up report and an approx. 9 kW original unit, both withlow hours; extensive MTU 12V 2000 works in 2023 by an MTU specialist (high-pressure fuel pumps and injectorsoverhauled and re-installed with new seals and gaskets, fuel system cleaned and checked, valve clearancesadjusted, ECU diagnostics with no faults); an overhauled Idromar watermaker with both low- and high-pressurepumps replaced and new membranes fitted in 2023; Tohmei ARG MSM 4000 gyro stabilisers inspected in 2024 andreported in very good condition; renewal of the main engine seawater inlet valves and through-hull fittings;replacement of the fresh-water tanks and renewal of the grey-water tank; servicing of fresh, grey and black waterpumps, air-conditioning seawater pumps and both generators; and complete cleaning of all air-conditioning ductsthroughout the yacht.
Comfort and cosmetic works have received the same attention: the hull and superstructure have been repainted, thetender-garage door opening system renewed, the passerelle hydraulics fully serviced with Bluetooth control, the trimsystem serviced, both side doors serviced and the helm station re-upholstered in new leather, with a new flybridgetable installed. The crew area has been upgraded with a new washing machine, fridge and microwave, creating aproper crew galley; the tender garage has been repainted and fitted with a new rolling launch system for the jet ski;the main galley has a new double-door fridge; the master cabin bathroom, including the shower, has been fullyrenovated; and new mattresses have been fitted in the master and crew cabins. A new interior and exterior audiosystem (2021), upgraded CCTV and thermal cameras and a fully serviced water-toys package complete the refitpicture.
Fresh antifouling and a full underwater service were completed in 2025. Currently lying in Port Vauban, Antibes andoffered with an extensive documentation and service history file, she is presented in genuinely turnkey condition for anew owner to step on board and start cruising.
